Mable Alcott a tribute from District 4 is reaped into the games. She's been known as the girl who doesn't speak much some people think she's mute. She's now forced to speak not to just one person but the country when she becomes Finnick Odair's first tribute to be mentored by him after winning the games last year. Finnick however isn't too much of a help when he's not offering very much life saving advice. Oh one thing Mable absolutely despises Finnick because of an incident that she should have gone through with at least she thinks that.
