His thoughts were incredibly intrusive and he cursed himself for even thinking them."
John didn't know where it all came from. These thoughts, these desires- directed towards a certain Alexander Hamilton... He felt like a fool, and he probably was. How he hated- wanted to ignore these feelings. But he couldn't. He didn't know how to cope.

I also know this is probably crappy, and ive changed some details, such as Lafayette being three years older than Laurens instead of three years younger, and ive made relations between characters that aren't real. 1789: Thomas Jefferson returns from France and meets Alexander Hamilton for the first time. It's hatred at first sight, but it will eventually change into something none of them would ever have imagined. Set in the 18th century, the two political enemies will have to overcome their own fears and to hide their love, while trying to build their new nation. (Jamilton / past Lams) ***And then it happened. Jefferson looked away from Burr for just a second and fixed his eyes on Alexander's. Alex's heart stopped and he felt his blood running cold into his veins - what should he do? Should he nonchalantly walk out of that damned alley, or run away, or what? He was trying to think fast, but in the end he just stayed there, frozen on his spot by Jefferson's smug stare. For what it seemed to be a lifetime, Thomas's brown eyes held his gaze, tying Alexander's blue, wide eyes to his, reading his very soul like an open book. Then, he winked and turned to Burr again, acting as if nothing had happened. Alex abruptly retreated into the deep shadows of the alley, breathing hard and sweating as if he'd just had an epiphany. Alexander knows he loves Laurens. He also knows that he is straight and only has a platonic relationship with Laurens. He does not think about the taste of Laurens' lips, the soft curls of his hair framing his honey-drop freckles, the curve and snap of the muscles under his skin, or the region under his breeches he wouldn't dare say even under the cover of his thoughts.
