The Draconic Hero: Ligpreal

Izuku comes from a long line of Dragons, his mother was a female Dragon who had married into the Midoriya family. His father was looked upon as one of the weakest Dragons of the new world and the fact that his son wasn't looking like a strong one at birth was damning on the Midoriya family. Izuku would soon find himself living on his own due to an attack by humans who wished ill will on the family of Dragons. On his own and injured by the humans he became fearful of at a young age that was until he found a witch who could turn herself invisible saved him from an Early death. Now he devotes his life to protect her from any and all threats. Even if it means that she falls in love with him in the process.
