Runaway

An eight year old girl has been isolated from society for as long as she can remember and has learned how to take on the basic survival skills needed to live all on her own. With all the ignorance of the people in the small local town outside of her own cabin deep in the neighboring forest, she knows very little about the real world and only learned to write and read some English through advertisement boards around her town. She's talked to no one throughout this time except to her own writing prompts describing her rather unique lifestyle. One day, that repetitive pattern changes when she meets another child with a similar story as she teaches the girl everything she should've learned long ago, but the new friend isn't all that appears to the child.
