Noxx then attacked the figure and they brought their sword up quickly. Noxx brought his sword down hard on the figure’s sword. The figure staggered back a little, not expecting such a strong attack. Noxx swung his sword again and again, the figure countered him each time; but he could feel the figure was getting weaker and weaker. He raised his sword over his left shoulder and then brought it down at the figure’s head with all his strength. He struck the figure on the left side of the head and they fell to the ground and dropped his sword. Noxx ran over and put the tip of his sword to the cloaked figures throat and commanded, “Who are you! Show me your face!”
The figure breathed heavily and tried to push his sword away with his hand, but Noxx grabbed the figure by the collar of the cloak and lifted the figure off their feet; he noticed that the figure was surprisingly light. When he lifted the figure, their hood fell back and Noxx saw that the figure was not a man. He opened his eyes wide when he saw her face. She was beautiful. Noxx was sure he had never seen anyone like her. There was something about her; he saw it in her eyes in that moment and he knew he would never escape.
