The City of Cebu was chose as a test ground for the covert program. Mayor Chiz Guevarra appointed as chief of the top secret project and his partner Frank de Leon a former member of NBI intelligence as his deputy . Jack Chako and Foche his partner were the first mutant agents and while they were working on the missions, suddenly strange images of the past flashes back in their minds. They wanted to know about what happened in their previous lives. So they embarked on an authorized mission to find out who they were and where they come from.
