The once-famous team that had defeated SPYDER, CROATOAN, and countless other nefarious organizations has finally graduated from Spy School. However, not everything is as perfect as it seems. The once glamorous relationship Erica and Ben were once in has now fallen apart. Ben is now stuck as a boring nine-to-five desk jockey at the CIA while his classmates are all glamorous field agents. The 8th anniversary of their graduation is coming up and Ben was not planning to attend again, but one message from the director of the CIA himself could turn his life upside-down...

Ben is now a fourth year in the Academy of Espionage. He is 15 and his skills on fighting and his intelligence have improved slightly. One day, when Ben and his friends were fighting Joshua and his crew, an unknown anomaly had assisted them. Though, SPYDER was totally defeated, yet. Then, Cyrus notified Ben and his friends that he had discovered a new organization. They were then sent on a mission to scope out the organization. They found out that this new organization, called SOLDATS, was trying to destroy SPYDER too. Ben and his crew thought that they were allies, but they thought wrong. They were attacked later. After barely surviving, they were convinced that were foes. When they healed, they were reactivated to complete the mission; they didn't have enough information. So they went undercover at one of SOLDATS Training Facility. They found out that they were trying to capture Ben. And not only just Ben, all of humanity. It was called Operation Domination.
