The war against Hybern has just begun, and the night court doesn't have enough allies to fight with them on the battle field. Although there were tales of shapeshifters who lived deep in the forest and mostly kept to themselves for fear of imprisonment. This group was run by Kiara, and she would do anything to keep her people safe, but when Rhysand asks for help... Well she couldn't allow the night court to fight by themselves, so she brings her warriors and decides that she would fight for a better life, for her and her people. Little did she know that a better life might involve her and a night court shadow singer.
