Kai and Elena end up together

When Bonnie's grams died of natural causes (old age), she was able to see the other side since she became a witch. As she saw her grams on the other side, the ghost world was collapsing and her grams sent her to a prison world: where she meets Kai, Kai is a funny witch that is a psychopath. They bicker and record on a camera so if the people in the real world find it, they know what they went through. It was Kai's personal hell! Bonnie's grams sent her here because it was a way to keep a spirit alive.
Elena isnt with anyone yet, Stefan has Caroline and Lexi, but Caroline is his girlfriend, Damon however, has no girlfriend whatsoever but Lexi looks after him, making sure neither go of the rails. Caroline too, just not for Damon. Enzo comes later on in the story after he was pulled out of a cell that people left him in a few years back.
