Rex is a normal high school boy his parents normal though 10 to 30 years ago people suddenly started to develop powers no one knows why this phenomenon happened but many suspect of stranger things happening in the backgrounds of the world those born with powers who use them for good usually called heros and those who use them for evil usually called villains but not every thing is as it seems as you read this book you'll find this true (this is my first book I am making so if anyone has a problem with it do tell me)
