This story was originally made as a birthday gift for my mother who loves to read, as this book's main theme is a son who loves his mother and would do anything for her.

A fifteen year old son named Luke Esperes goes on multiple adventures; getting involved in multiple things, including gangs, crimes, and the New York Mafia. All for the hopes of getting his hands on medicine for his only family member left, his mother, who is sick and poor. As Luke goes through multiple challenges to achieve his goal, both he and the people he meet go through both physical and mental changes.
