Experiences and situations vary between all people in this world, but sometimes, the most important thing we can do is to listen and attempt to understand. Our inner critic might like to tell us that we would have handled the situation better or we would have done it another way, however, this is rarely true. Through compassion and understanding, we can learn that each individual in this story is trying their best and that sometimes that is all we can do.
