As far back as she could remember, Neha had always been troubled. From the brokenness of her family, to the unyielding clutches of loneliness and to not being good at taking in the very air she breathes.

So it is safe to say that Neha is far from amused when a sudden asthma attack brings her to the very brink of life and death and makes her parents move her a thousand kilometers away from the buzz of the city to an old Anglo-Indian coastal town to live with her estranged and ancient grandmother.

But it is an unlikely new beginning. With sunshine on her face, a promise of friendship and love, and a boy whose smile brings her heart to the sea- begins an extraordinary journey of healing. When tiny wildflowers start growing from the cracks of her broken window, Neha is finally able to breathe life again.
