Hazel is an ordinary, non-directioner, girl, in university to study literature. It's her dream to become a world-famous author, her books on the shelves alongside all the world's greatest story-tellers. One thing in that takes no time in Hazel's life is boys. Her future is planned, and there's no room for the other gender to distract her from her work. That is, until a mysterious email brings her face to face with British/Irish boyband One Direction. Not even a fan, Hazel is shocked. Finding herself falling in love, will she be able to keep her well-planned future straight, or will love conquer all, just like in the fairytales?
