Returning to her old hometown in the middle of nowhere, Remi finds herself in an unbreakable spiritual link with not only just a demon, but also a terrifying amnesiac ghost. In search of her family whom went missing two months ago, Remi winds up in a mess of monsters. Things end up going downhill fast, and she discovers something deeper than her family's missing case. There's a new creature in Sharu Valley, and it's something unlike anyone's ever seen... Now Remi--along with the demon and ghost she's now tied to--must find a way to protect her town while uncovering the truths of the monsters that live there. ---- This is a thriller, comedy, supernatural mystery! Just because there's comedy doesn't mean there won't be gore and uncomfortable scenes! Read with caution!

Eve didn't mean to die. She was just trying to stay away from her brother and his girlfriend while absolutely despising herself. Then the monster tore her apart. After waking up in what looks like a DMV, Eve is given the choice of doing public service, going to Hell for a while, or killing the monster that killed her. (Guess which one she chose!) With the help of Willa (her brother's girlfriend and, incidentally, the only living person who has been able to see her so far) and Ethan (a real incel-type that Eve can't stand), Eve races against the clock to kill the monster before it kills her and everyone else in the school. In this novel inspired by works like Beetlejuice and Buffy The Vampire Slayer, an undead teen comes to terms with the world around her, the afterlife, and the reality of herself-- all while trying to stay alive. "A novel about killing the thing that killed you. What does it mean to grieve a life you never got to live? Who do we leave behind? Why is Ethan such a sleazebag?" (The Mature rating is for violence and swearing. There, most likely, won't be smut in this.)
