Clover, Juliane, Lizzy, and Robo-Dog Screwie, make up a team called PowerForce. Their intention is to make sure the place they call home is in good hands and solves problems along the way, even if it's challenging. Sadly, they had to evacuate due to a chemical spill nearby where they reside, where the problem is too dangerous for them to figure out what happened or what caused it. As they find somewhere else to stay until it ok to go back, they stumble upon a city that, coincidentally, has a problem solving team of it's own. As time flies by, trouble will soon lie in their own hands.
