However, she only told two people, her childhood best friends, Tulio and Miguel. Fearing losing her best friends, she used her gift to help their Con business. 

In 1519, in Spain, the trio won a map to the legendary City of Gold, El Dorado, Mexico, in a loaded dice gamble. However, they didn't expect their lives to change when they, specifically Isabel, were mistaken as human hosts of Aztec gods and goddesses.
