A story based on a one-shot I wrote not too long ago. Steve and Bucky's disappearances have been switched, leaving Steve with Hydra and Bucky being found in the ice.
There will be some tidbits I took from the one-shot and put them on here throughout the story.
I think it's important to note that Bucky is 5'9, not 6'0 like in the movies. And a bit more thin.

He tries to lift his hand, but it falls back onto the mud as he still lacks strength. "I'm Bucky?" Again, the name stirs a sense of deep familiarity, but I have no idea what it means.
