Taylin's story begins a few years before the Emerson's arrive in Santa Carla. When Taylin is forced to visit a long lost relative in Santa Carla, she is stuck in a state of constant anger. Reluctantly at first, she finds herself growing accustomed to the night life - especially after she makes the acquaintance of a group of rough looking boys who roam the boardwalk all clad in similar 80's rocker style clothing.
