Picking up the Pieces

After.... 'the incident' I was sent to live with my grandma. I loved my grandma's cottage- always the fresh scent of apple pie, a nice cup of hot cocoafter a warm day, and sipping on the beverage, bundled up in a quilt on the porch.

Little did I know this trip would take a turn for me. I would unsuspectingly meet the love of my life, but would I know that at the time?
