You know the drill- Sokka and Toph. Some angst.
Sokka and Toph haven't talked for years, but now it's Toph's 18th birthday and Sokka has shown up in her life again. Is it too late to make things right?

edit: i wrote this when I was 10 or smth so it's extremely cringey 5 years after the war ended the Avatar team are living a normal life. Katara thinks her love for Aang is one sided, but their story is just beginning. This story is mainly about Katara and Aang but he others (Sokka, Suki, Zuko, Toph, Ty lee, Mai and Azula) play a part in it. (There is no Zutara in this story) Hope you enjoy. It was one mistake that led (Y/n), a young girl from the Northern water tribe, down a path of twists and turns. After being somewhere she was told not to be, she ends up being abducted by the Fire Nation Army. Being dragged back to their homeland, she happens upon the opportunity to work within the Firelord's palace as the Prince's attendant. Being the same age as the Prince, Zuko, the two become friends. But as time passes, (Y/n)'s feelings for the Prince chance as well. Now she is conflicted by the idea of being a mere servant and in love with the Prince, along with the fact that back home in the Northern water tribe her best friend and arranged fiance waits. Zutara: When Chemicals React (Avatar the last air bender fan fiction)
This story takes place after the war has settled. Aang and Katara finally together, Zuko the firelord, Sokka being,...well Sokka, Toph happy and never to return home, and the nations were finally at peace. When team Avatar decides to return to the southern water tribe to visit Sokka and Katara's family, they end up bringing Zuko along, giving him a well deserved break of running the fire nation. However, feelings start to make themselves known. Feelings that Aang doesn't like, little does he know he ends up pushing Katara into the arms of the edgy firebender, which was the last thing he was trying to do. Will this new romantic relationship tear team Avatar apart? Will it make them stronger? Will Katara's new found heated relationship be accepted by her tribe? Can the group move past it, and continue on? Will Aang ever get over Katara and find someone new? Knowing it's never easy ridding the feeling of that first love. And one of the most importance will Zuko find his mother? On a different note Azula, the sister of the new firelord, has been in prison for quite some time, there is obviously no way of her being released on good behavior. She plans to escape and find Tai Lee and Mai and "ask" them once again to join her side and take her revenge on her brother Zuko, Katara, their friends, and the Avatar. And plans to overthrow and take over the fire nation, feeling that her father apparently wasn't strong enough to hold his place.Complete

Through letters from the beginnings of friendships to the ends of lifetimes, the stories of Zuko and Suki, Katara and Aang, and Toph and Sokka unravel as letters full of love and longing come to light. Three chapters for three couples, each one complete with the secrets of each pair's relationship. - soooo you may recognize this type of fic from a tokka one-shot i wrote a while ago, and i decided (wayyy too long ago) to turn it into a series with my fave three couples in atla! as the summary says, there'll be three chapters, one for each couple, all in the same timeline with hints to the others in each pair's correspondence. the tokka one will be pretty similar to the one currently in my book of tokka one shots, with a few tweaks and time skips.Complete
