"We'll get into trouble," I said sliding under the silk duvet sheets with my back to him. Victor moved over me turning the lights off and rolling back over cradling me to his chest. His breaths were calm and soothing as his chest fell and rose against my back. A moment there I thought we'd fall asleep for a few hours until I felt his hips start to grind against the small of my back. His breathing became heavier as he pressed his face into my hair.
"Mmm... Ayana." He barely whispered my name before his hands were making their way up my nightgown fondling my breast. My voice caught in my throat as I tried to whisper slow down.
Ayana takes up a job opportunity thousands of miles away in the small town of Alresford, Hampshire, where a rich elderly couple are concerned about one another's failing health. There, she meets the Allcotts' son Victor, charming and successful enough in his own right. He quickly gets himself entangled with Ayana until the dreams start to crack around the edges.
The maids are going missing. Ayana now wakes up in fits of terror and covered in bruises, but Victor assures her it's just her mind adjusting. He is so charming, too charming. Suddenly, she starts to notice his firm and insistent grip on her wrist and then... the teeth.
