This takes place shortly after Veneer and Velvet are released from prison. Veneer is interviewed individually and nearly panics during the interviewed.
Off screen, Kid Ritz gets to know Veneer more and vise versa. There, Veneer realizes that he's screwed over if Velvet finds out about anything he felt.

It is soon discovered that the twins are now from the upper city...but from a city below the cloud line...a cyberpunk, dystopian city known as Under Rageous. A city with hardly any laws....and a wide range of Rageon subspecies. They are sent back much to their distaste. Upon their arrival, the twins found out they are being hunted...the hunt only grows as they are revealed to be the children of the most notorious mafia lord of the under-city, Vaughn Montegue.
