"NOW FAIR"! Wipey said, then started to run. She ran as fast as she could untill she bumped in to the host. "Hey host tab, you mest me up." Then she pushed him out of the way. She kept running. "HEY I AM THE HOST AND I DEMAND YOU......and she's gone, oh great!" Wipey kept running. She saw Marky slip on a rock. She was about to keep running but instead she helped him up. She fought as hard as she could, the icy waves crashed down upon her. Her bones were sore, her legs so tired of kicking, yet she never gave up. "So close" she thought as she swam towards a small boat, "im almost there" she said aloud. As if saying the words out loud would help her, for her they did. It gave her strength, she swam harder and faster untill she finally reached the small wooden boat. On the boat a group awaits for her, "cassi" one of the guys said excitingly "we didnt think you'd make it, thought we'd have to fish you out" he gave her a chuckle. The other boys laughed aswell "yeah well, i didnt want to become a popsicle, ya know?" he laughed even louder "none of us wanted to" their faces went cold. "Anyways, lets get you out of that water, welcome to the crew" the boys cheered. They pulled her out of the water, with a warm blanket they wrapped her, few gave her pats on the back. Her body was frozen and sore, proud that she made in, but tired .

I search for a cup, but don't see one so Will pulls one out from under the machine. What a stupid place to hide the cups. Who's going to see that? I position it under the hole it came out of and wait, but nothing happens. "Oh." I mock. "Is this one voice-activated?" Will turns around to glance at me since he was checking out a group of girls in bikini tops and shorts. Yeah, that's totally girlfriend material. Not. "Pour!" I order, but the machine keeps moving in a circle, mixing the green goo. "Open! Spill! Fill!" "Stop it!" Will yells, taking the cup and pulling a lever until green goo comes out. "What is wrong with you?" "I thought it did it by itself." I mumble as I realize the group of girls is staring at me and laughing. Great. So much for making friends. Will walks to the counter, too embarrassed to look at the girls and slaps the cups on the counter. "Money." He orders, holding out his hand. I reach in my boot, pull it out and slap it into his hand. He looks disgusted, but hands it to the lady anyways. "You are so not in Kansas anymore."

Mark's eyes scanned the many good dogs, listening to their barks while feeling his heart break at the sight. He walked past many breeds such as German Shepherds, mutts, and evens few poodles before he eventually reached the end with no dog in mind that he wanted. Until a new one came in. "I found her abandoned in a home that the owners had moved out of awhile ago, and she put up a hell of a fight to stay and wait for the owners to return. She's really sick too, as well as dehydrated and malnourished." A man spoke in a rush as he barged in holding a lump of fur in his hands. Mark could see the dirty white-blonde fur on the dog slowly rise up and down with each breath it took, her large, sad chocolate brown eyes looking into Mark's own eyes with a mournful look that made Mark want to hug the puppy and never let go. She let out a whimper before she lowered her head and closed her eyes, making tears well up in Mark's eyes. "That's the dog I want." Mark decided aloud. "A-are you sure? We have plenty of other dogs-" "She's perfect." Mark interrupted. The man exchanged glances with the woman before gently handing the puppy over. "What's her name?" Mark asked softly as he watched the puppy lick his fingers with a small smile. "Sephora according to the rope the owners tied to her before leaving." The man stated as he pulled out a tattered piece of rope with her name burnt onto it. "Sephora...like the makeup. How about Chica?" Mark whispered to the puppy. Chica let out a soft yip as she curled into a tighter ball in Mark's hand. "Chica it is." Mark chuckled, delicately running a finger down her soft back. "You're a good dog." Mark told her as he walked towards the exit. "You'll always be my good dog." Mark promised her.
