Rome Chester would rather die than accept the ridiculous prophecy he heard from the witches. He an alpha werewolf would be mates to one of the most powerful and feared bloodsucking creatures , but no matter how much he thought he couldn't think of a powerful vampire stronger or equal to strength other than Henley Black and well that further fuelled his hate for the man.

Rome Chester is one of the most feared werewolves in history as he was the first werewolf to dare break the peace treaty between the werewolves and the vampires , creating more tension between the supernatural's who already despised each other.

Henley Black was the first ever vampire to kill werewolf packs continuously without consequence only because he knew would never be killed and when he hears of a certain werewolf alpha who goes around killing vampires without mercy , well that piques his interest.
