The mushroom city, formally known as the Mushroom Kingdom, used to be a place of paradise, but then the minds of greed and despair have twisted this city, and everyone just wants this war to end, including Police officer SMG4. However a war isn't the only thing he needs to deal with, and the effects can be drastic.
