Ceryse Hightower is the eldest child and daughter of Otto Hightower and his late wife, Alyrie Florent as well as the older sister of Prince Rhaenyra's best friend, Alicent Hightower.
When King Viserys' wife, Queen Aemma Arryn dies in childbirth, Otto had Ceryse visit the King to offer her condolences and continues to have her do so. Ceryse catches on quickly and goes along with her fathers plan, eventually becoming Queen.
Despite Rhaenyra being heir, Ceryse is adamant to have her son, the King's firstborn son, on the throne and won't stop til he is king.

Alyssa Targaryen is the eldest daughter of Viserys Targaryen and Alicent Hightower. She marries the oldest son, Alfred Creed whom she has several kids with. When Alfred's father dies they take over the farm. But what happens when someone realizes that Alyssa is still alive? "Where's Alyssa?" Alicent asks out loud and everyone looked around not seeing the princess. That's when they heard a sad roar coming from several dragons.
