In a time where all that matters in life is an examination, and in accordance to your results it decides where you will go, things seem pretty hectic for Dawn. 

She struggles to keep her younger sister out of trouble and is battling the fact that her brother will have to leave soon. However  with her best friend Finn Sawyer by her side things are seemingly settling. 

But when an out of control epidemic sweeps through the divisions, things are thrown completely out of proportion. Things are changing some are not okay with it rebellion is speaking out. Something is bound to happen... 

Something good right? 

Although, she is shocked to discover that her younger sister is in the midst of the rebellion, her sister is in fact the very face of the movement.

How is Dawn meant to protect her, keep Finn by her side and while watching her younger sister take flight. Dawn just hopes she can save her sister from the hunters, who will always be ready...
