"Hi Riya how are you feeling?" Kanvika asked a small 9-year-old patient who was lying on the bed suffering from emphysema (a chronic disorder related to the lungs) I'm fine Dr didi and meet my big brother, she said pointing her hand towards the other side of the bed. He was more shocked to hear her saying his surname instead of her name. He didn't even see her face on the day of their wedding. The very next day of their marriage, he had to travel to london for his company emergency meeting and issues. So he never got a chance to see his own wife's face. After 3 months he came back to India as his Grandmother was budging him to take care of his wife and take up his responsibilities.
