Venom and Miguel have their own weird relationship, and you, the reader, are eager to join once you get past the strangeness of a symbiote alien. You have some skeletons in the closet, but don't worry, Venom will sort them out for you while Miguel opens himself up to love for the first time in a long time. 
    
    This fanfiction doesn't really follow any rules or timelines. Miguel O'Hara is a vampire spiderman, but he lives in San Francisco, and he cannot travel dimensions. He's essentially what Peter Parker would become if he ever grew up. Kind of. Lyla serves as his version of J.A.R.V.I.S.. The world is aware of the Avengers, but they will not appear in this story. The origin of Venom coming to Earth is the same as the movie: Carlton Drake with the Life Foundation discovered the symbiotes on an asteroid, and brought them back to Earth to join with hosts at the Life Foundation headquarters. However, Venom is in stasis and between hosts when the story begins. This is not a superhero story, but a love story. If you expect fight scenes and supernatural villains, you will be sorely disappointed.
