Kion and his Lion Guard finally reach the Tree of Life after a long and grueling journey from the Pridelands. After an accidental rockslide, they are seen as a threat to the Tree of Life and are rejected by the Night Pride when they ask to enter. After some discussion, the Lion Guard is allowed entrance, but Kion is refused due to an outburst. Out of anger and sadness, Kion runs away. He soon finds his way back and saves the Tree of Life just in time.
