14 year old Yuli is a thief. Always has been, always will. She is content on her little island in the New world. There's plenty of food, forests, and pockets to pick from.

When Yuli was younger, she accidentally consumed the Neko-Neko fruit, which now gives her the ability to transform into a cat at will.

However, Yuli is also mute.

Because of this, she lives on the outskirts of lard Bay. She believes she is content... until a certain pirate crew docks on her shores...
