this story may seem like a love story from the title and you wouldn't be wrong to assume that cause it is. But what you might not get from the title is that there is so much more to this story.
I will warn you your heart may ache for these characters at times but what you needn't forget is that the sad stories are the one that relate the most to true people. it basically says thus person has a background will they let go of the past or hold on till it breaks them? and which character is broken? well that my friends I cant tell you just yet its for you to discover as you unravel the secrets of these very pages. alright so not pages but you get it amd thank you so much for ruining the moment those of you who corrected me in your head I know you did dont lie.

He was reserved with his words while she was expressive. He was a mature person while she was a little kid to him. She was ready to fight the world but he was confused.

I've been very depressed and heartbroken so, what better than to create a story out of it? "This is my life" details a protagonist going through her teenage years up until the age of 21. Through love, friendship, grief, and heartbreak, you will get to witness what it's like being a young black girl trying to conquer the world. I hope anyone going through either heartbreak, grief, insecurities, mental health declines are able to read this and know that they're not alone! Life can be so ugly at times, but I promise things always get better. Not your typical romance or teen fiction book!
