Everything came to a standstill.
Through her eyes, their worlds collided and merged into one. The fragments of their souls sparked to life glowing in a burst of roaring flame, glowing in recognition.
Her pool of blue eyes drew him in, urged him to drown within their depths. To lose himself within the ocean of blue sapphires. To lose his very sanity.
It couldn't be.
It felt like he was underwater. The sounds around him were blurred and muffled to his sense of hearing. A lilting voice spoke up next to him, but he couldn't make up the words that were spoken. Then she brought her hand forward.
A pale creamy hand filled his vision taunting him to take it, to solidify the thoughts that raced through his mind. He tried to deny it, tried to repudiate what his soul screamed at him. A tan large hand moved to grasp the smaller one within his.
He prayed and wished with all his strength and might for it not to be so. The moon goddess had already cursed him with his wolf. She couldn't be so cruel as to do something like this to him, could she?
They touched.
Skin to skin, and his world went up into flames. Bolts of electrifying molten fire coursed through his skin, lighting up little tiny nerve endings as they traversed through his whole being. Starting from where their hands locked to the fucking tips of his toes.
It tingled, it burned.
It served as a tangible manifestation of what he tried to refute. It couldn't be any plainer now, it couldn't be denied anymore.
She was the other half to his soul.

Captured By A Demon
I finally escaped the factory, they kidnapped me from my college. Today is my birthday, and I had planned for it but nothing helped, only calming me down for the moment. A scream echoed out in the silent starry sky, my body freezing... They were looking for me, I just knew it. Again, I ran and jumping over the fence to the property, muscles burning, my breathing short. I look behind me, not seeing the light of the school anymore. I slow down, holding my breath again. Looking around, only trees and bugs surround me. I slowly sank to my knees, gripping the grass in between my fingers, to keep my breathing calm. Tears springing to my eyes and brushing the tears away, slowly getting back to normal. Suddenly, I felt someone behind me. I could feel its strength and power surround me, turning around to see a dark figure behind me. Glowing blue eyes stared at me, seeing it slowly walk toward me. My breathing becoming short again, a panic attack was on the verge. A hand was now on my shoulder and another on my cold cheek, making me look into his eyes, "Let me help you..." He whispered. Rubbing his thumb against my cheek, I slowly nod my head, when a pain began to form in my chest. I knew it was coming. I quickly get away, crawling a couple feet away. "Get away!" I yelled. My skin turning white and the pain erupting inside of me, feeling it try to escape, and I know if I let it. It will hurt this man. Suddenly, he was there in my view. Blue eyes staring at me, and then his lips were on my own. Gasping as I felt the pain beginning to disappear from inside me. Eyes drooping and my body relaxing against his. Wolf Eyes
It was his eyes. His eyes held me captive. They contained every emotion that I could ever think of and more. They reflected myself back onto me. My pain, my fear, my sadness. There was even a sliver of the happiness that I used to feel a long time ago. His eyes made me remember everything that had happened in my life up to this point. They also made me forget. They made me forget almost all of the things that were being reflected back at me as well, like my sadness, my fear, and my pain. They made me forget what it was like to feel hurt, to feel rejected, to feel forgotten. He kneeled down in front of me, bringing his beautiful eyes closer, so that I could see the starburst of lighter flecks decorating the iris. "Are you alright?" He asked with a voice as soft as the rain. As soft as the concern he had for a pitiful girl curled up behind the school dumpster in the rain. I couldn't speak. I was too focused on his eyes through my tear-filled gaze. "Did someone do this to you?" His voice had an edge of hardness to it now, like a diamond with a sharp edge. I could only nod. He fell silent for a few seconds, letting the swelling rain be the only sound between us, before he reached out slowly and scooped me into his arms and lifted me up easily. "Don't be afraid, okay? It hurt. "L-let me go, you, you're hurting me!" I looked up at him scared, his eyes were now completely dark, and the next thing I noticed were pointed teeth poking out from his lips. I screamed and pushed at him but he didn't budge. I then raised my knee and kneed him between the legs with all my force, and he dropped like a rock, holding his groin. Run. I took my chance.
