Meet Mizuki: a 16 year old girl that was abandoned since being 2 months old. She lives with foster parents that don't care about her, and goes to Vanguard High School. She is popular and liked by everyone, but what nobody knows is that she is secretly planning on defying the Government and its dirty ways... Meet Kiro: a 16 year old boy who's parents were murdered by the government and he is now living on his own. He goes to Vanguard High School, and everyone thinks that he is really nerdy and doesn't have friends. He has good grades, and respect for the government...or so they think Their government is known for killing and torturing people who are a threat to the government, in other words, if they are against its way of handling things. The government has tricked people that by being this way, they can get to peace and tranquility. Then one day Kiro and Mizuki start talking and together they start attacking the government.
