President Snow breathes a sigh of relief. It's done. The election is won, and Lucy Gray is dead, probably. Even if she isn't, she's long gone, trapped in the wilderness on the edges of Panem.
It's over. It should be over.
But things like this have a way of following a person. In one form or another, Lucy Gray never dies.
