For there was a prophecy long before she was born: 'Aphrodite's last child would be the one to take the throne, Her paternity unknown. They would carve her face and never forget, for she would be the most beautiful that they had met Cursed for the same fate as her mother Forced to leave her love for another The only way she shall break this curse is if she defeats the first' "Looks like the princess doesn't need saving after all." He says, quietly enough that no one else would hear, as he draws his hand away from my arm. I glare back at him. "Maybe she never did," I walk away, not sparing a single glance back, no matter how much my body was begging me to. I fuss over my hair, pouting as I run my fingers through it to put it back into place. *A warning note* I am not an expert on Greek Mythology, but it interests me greatly. Please excuse any inaccuracies in the book, but if there are any please do message or comment it and I will see if I can change it without making such a huge difference to the plot. Also, my main character is autistic and the experience will be different for everyone. I have tried my hardest to put down on paper how I feel and how I believe others see me. So, please be respectful about the decisions my characters make as I have chosen to give them many different types of neurodivergent brains. I have tried my best to represent these in the most accurate light whilst not romanticising them.

One day he kisses her as a "mistake" causing her to block him on everything and runaway from him. She knew that he never would betray the same feelings but he did. Aphrodite lives in a town where beautiful looks mean more than a beautiful personality. Looks are everything, so the fact that Aphrodite doesn't dress in the most up to date clothes or wear makeup but instead chooses to place influence on people's personalities means that she is considered weird. So when her best friend decides to sign her up for a makeover show will she be able to stay true to herself and find love or will she lose herself, everything and everyone she holds dear. The most important lesson she learns is that it is what's on the inside that counts.

When he gets a surprise visit from his unknown twin sister Aphrodite, his whole life goes spinning into a dangerous adventure to save the world from an eternity of loveless suffering. He finds out that he is the son of the Greek goddess Aphrodite, goddess of sexual desire, and that he has powers. This is one of two versions of the spin-off book based on characters from the Little Red, Little Red series by CoDy_007. This version was written for one of my college courses and only uses the two characters, Aphroditus and Aphrodite, and goes by the rubric of the assignment.
