"Messages from Mosul: Tales of Soul and Destiny" authored by Safwan Al-kattan and the photographer Mohammed Al-Jalili. This book relates stories of the spiritualities of the east in an interesting literary style. It talks about one of the great cities of the east, Mosul. Th book also includes stories about human and some western travelers who came to Mosul such as the well-known English writer Agatha Christie. Through this work which includes various implications, we will look at the soul of east and its deep-rooted history.  

Many esteemed figures commended this book, including the Iraqi Arab thinker Imad Al-deen Khalil.
