In the town of Wellington, there's been murders and secret mischief going on. No one knows exactly who is involved or who, "The Moonlight Killer" is. Only that there's constant news on the surroundings cities, highlighting another death, attack, or sighting. The targets seem unlinked and it only happens at night.
There's still places that are open to the public, and services like the College's and Highschool's, that have priorities in staying open. Some stores and small businesses, fear for safety and closed down, unwilling to help the society.
Brooklyn Lush, a young adult, majoring to become a neuro surgeon. Unaware of the events taking place, moves into Wellington for school. She lives among housemates in a downtown suburban housing unit.
When Jane Madarang's neighbor Natalie kills herself and leaves behind cryptic instructions, it's up to Jane and her classmates to unearth deadly secrets.
