"Ms. Cade, are you even listening?" I look up to see Mr. Harris standing above my desk. I nod my head, though I really wasn't, I was too distracted by the fact that I dude wouldn't stop staring at me, and the fact that I fell asleep. "If you were Ms. Cade, what were we just talking about?"

"Um... Chemistry? As we are in Chemistry class." I tried not to sound like I was asking a question but it was too late.

"Detention one week after school." Well that was the best start to the new year ever.
