"Boob boy? Hello?" He called out again, trying to find his way through the room. His ears flickered up and paused. He nudged his heel on the floor, hearing a splash on the ground. He froze.
Seconds ticked by as Tommy slowly took out his phone. His finger hovered over the flashlight button. With hesitation, he gulped and pressed the button. Light illuminated the dusty counter and unsettling puddle of pitch black liquid on the floor. He shivered, a rouge gust of wind seeping through the broken window.
Grimacing at the sight, Tommy reluctantly stepped further in. Before having shivering cold hands being placed on his lower back. And being pushed into the sea of unknown substance.

Tommy was looking for his roommate yet luck wasn't upon him, and he somehow went from having healing powers to having wide spread wings, and different powers than before after falling into a puddle. Oh and he has black handprints on his back. That doesn't have anything to do with his sudden encounters of villains and superheroes.....Right?

All what Wilbur have wanted was a loving family unlike his current family, he was diagnosed from psychopathy and is still healing from it when he was then kidnapped by a group of "serial killers" that have been reported around the city killing and raiding houses. This story has a lot of action, angst, adoption and some wholesome arcs. Yes I know they dont go well with each other but I promise you will like it in the end, please. I have some really weird story plait huh? Psychopathy traits when kidnapped: Empathy levels: 60% Law problems: No money, commited an assault two times in school alley way, has been noted as a cold and quite person in school. Tommy had just recently moved homes. The one he left was one full of memories. Not good ones, but not necessarily bad ones, either. He didn't have much to live for at his old home, so he moved in hope of starting over and meeting new people. He had no more family, and his school friends had long moved on from him. In fact, the only number in his contacts was his mum's who was long passed away. Tommy was young (sixteen, to be exact) and he often forgot things. Usually just as simple as forgetting to do the laundry, or forgetting to reply to a notification on his phone that he received three seconds prior. Simple things that didn't matter. This time, though, he forgot to charge his phone before leaving his new, barely furnished apartment. He didn't think much of it. If it died, it died. No biggie, right? He figured he'd be alright for an hour or so without his phone. That is, until he got lost in the large, unfamiliar town that he definitely didn't even slightly know the layout of. He didn't know where he was or how to get back to his apartment, especially without a GPS. And then, when it definitely couldn't get worse, it began to rain. Tommy was soaked. He was cold, hungry. He cut into an alley and sat down against a brick wall, curled up on himself. He sat there for a while, and then heard footsteps. It was three men. The older one crouched down in front of him. "You look awful...Come with us, mate." But Tommy didn't want to. Why Is It Never Simple
He stopped to look over himself in the mirror. His hair was still dripping and he had a couple bruises littering his face. Tommy also took note of the small scrape at the bottom left side of his jaw. He definitely looked like he'd gotten into another fight. His family was definitely going to be worried about that, he might even get a scolding from his dad about fighting. He was not looking forward to that tonight. He sighed as he approached the door. Slowly turning the knob and pushing it open. Whatever he was expecting to find at eight something at night, it wasn't this. In front of him sat his brother in a wooden dining chair, with a few drops of blood on his yellow sweater, holding a handful of tissues to his nose. His father stood in front of him, ice pack in hand, black wings bristled from worry. They only seemed to stand up more as the older man looked over Tommy. "What the hell happened to you?" -Or- The SBI are a fully functional family, all secretly working in different Superpower Factions.
