Lucialla Roten is a Shinigami. Her past is a secret to everyone she knows. Well, almost everyone. The only ones who know about her past are the senior captains; Ukitake, Kyoraku, Unohana, and Yamamoto. They all agree with her that her past should be kept buried. They've kept it hidden for a long time now, but what happens when an old enemy returns and makes things complicated? How will Lucialla deal with this and keep her secrets from getting out when his presence threatens to let them out?

Lucialla's friends, her closest ones, become suspicious of her when she changes. The only things that really change are her personality and her actions. She even looks like she never gets any sleep anymore. They become so unlike her usual ways that they start to meet up and talk behind her back, trying to come up with a plan on how to approach her and question what has been going on. She, of course, realizes what they are doing, but does nothing to stop them. Little do they know that she is more than what she says she is.
