Poe was regarded as well known central figure of Romanticism and Gothic American Literature, as well as Mary Shelley, Bram Stoker, and Horace Walpole.

This story is something I wrote for an English class I took. It is told in the perspective of Pluto, the black house cat. It is short, but good (I hope).
