Instead of quirkless, Izuku has a quirk. He has some superhuman abilities like super stregth, super speed, super endurance, and healing regenaration. It sounds perfect right? Unfortunately, even a quirk like that has a drawback. The source of his powers. He is a ghoul. P.S. My first story Izuku Midoriya could have been born quirkless, but not here. Here he was born with a basic quirk, to be able to Rip and Tear anything he liked. He wanted to be a hero so he will Rip and Tear to achive his dream.
