One of the greatest and most cinematic adventures in Doctor Who history sees the team up of every single Doctor in preventing the collapse of time and space after a devastating attack within Gallifrey threatens the existence of reality as we know it, and beyond. However, chaos unfolds on Gallifrey as the Daleks and Cybermen rule over the peoples of Gallifrey and disturbing Gallifreyan secrets are unveiled. The Doctors are splintered throughout the Matrix. Returning them back to their own times is an impossible challenge with the Doctors encountering their parallel selves, causing friction and interference across the whole of the Doctor's timeline. With the universe at its knees, and the personas of the Doctors are adrift in an eternal void trapped for eternity, one answer is still to be answered - who really is Doctor Who - Doctor Who? The Second Doctor is on the cusp of regeneration. Now the Time Lords had gotten to him, the Doctor was placed inside the TARDIS and sent to begin the next part of his sentence - the change of appearance. The Doctor begins regenerating, but the TARDIS is drawn off course and the regeneration is postponed as a new evil begins to grow. The entire life of the Doctor is placed in jeopardy as are his old friends; Jamie, Zoe, Victoria, Ben, and Polly are all doomed... A parallel alternate race of War Lords, with the members of their race doubles in every detail, begin to bring about the destruction of the Time Lords. Then, nobody will be able to prevent them from building armies across the universe to wage war with each other. The Second Doctor must now use his manipulative and child-like characteristics one last time in order to save the universe.
