The current year is 1823. Three young novices of the catholic church recently got enrolled into the local catholic school, Saint Peterson's Nunnery. But, there is one girl that tends to fracture the rules a bit. Her infamous name is Genevieve. Soon to be, Sister Mary Genevieve. Though, there is one girl in particular that Genevieve finds to be interesting. This said girl is named Carmella. Her best friend, a childhood friend, even, is Eleanor. These two women don't tend to break the rules, you could even say they're scared to, but Genevieve sees to show a liking toward Carmella for some reason.

For the booksmart yet naïve 16-year-old Nicky, high school in her quaint little hometown island in the Philippines had always been predictable. Until that senior year. Nicky thought she got things all figured out. She'd be very good at school and be the valedictorian of the single-section class of 2010 of the highly looked-up science high school in their island. And then, she'd get a full scholarship to her dream university. All was fairly well except for a few things like grappling her feelings towards a long-time crush. Just when Nicky thought she could get through high school without too much boy-drama, a somewhat seemingly love life with a boy or two and suddenly, maybe even three was finally catching up with her during the last few months before high school graduation.
