Han Jisung - codename Peter, was involved in Korea's most mysterious deaths and information leaks. Not a trace about his identity was left as he slit the throats of his victims mercilessly.

Jisung was so meticulous at his work, even the country's most well-known detective Bahng Chan had a difficult time, and still has a difficult time finding the true identity of Jisung. Publicly, Jisung was known as The Throat Slicer. But as people noticed that all his victims were parasites to society, many people started to refer to him as 'Exterminator'.
