Withering Periwinkle

The story starts in district 4 on the morning of the reaping for the 73rd hunger games. The protagonist of the story is Victoria Odair (Finnick Odair's younger sister) and the story is from her POV. She is 12 years old at the time that the story's set. Early into the story Sebastian is introduced (the kind of love interest) They are both in love but don't want to officially get together until they are above reaping age just incase one of them does go into the arena. However they both get reaped for the 73rd annual hunger games and the story is about Victoria going into the games with the boy that she's been in love with for pretty much her whole life.
