This is where I explore and experiment with my Original Character - 009. Those who do not know her can refer to my other stories for more info. This is a playground for me to test what 009 can do with her powers and how she would interact in different environments or other characters.
Will also explore the world as my other original characters such as 008 and 006.
NOT A STORY. Expect no plot. Chapters can be short or long depending on what I want to do. Think of this like a sort-of open world RPG game for my characters. There will be a LOT of mundane stuff but also chapters about survival and many other themes.
This fic is made for ME and not readers but you can read along too if you wish too. Do not expect any plot or great writing. This is an experimentation fic so my writing can get better.

The Parallels
Everything changed when that power plant exploded, when the two worlds combined. Everybody has a doppelganger, a much darker, much more sinister doppelganger. Nobody trusts them and for a good reason. They're dark. They're terrifying, full of morose speech and unusual hobbies. All I wanted was to help. I didn't expect to discover a world of non-humans. I have enough to juggle between going through medical school and work to pay for my tiny apartment. But when Ruby, a young pregnant woman is in need of help, I decide that one more thing can't hurt, right? My lungs and muscles burned. Everything in my body begging me to stop but I had to keep moving. I had to get away. I rather die than go back to that lab but this building was a maze!
