It started after his mother passed. I was new to the group, Carl was my friend. He was nice of course in the beginning, but after the prison raid everything changed. No more smiles or laughter, no more hugs, no more staying up until the early hours of the morning talking about the shit world we live in. Nothing. But once we got to Alexandria, after the hospital, after Terminus… he finally seemed happy. We got to know each other a little better, we started dating. Sadly I got to taste a new side of Carl, a hostile, intrusive , insolent side…but I loved it.
